Delivery details

We pride ourselves on same day dispatch. If you order before 12 noon, in 99% of cases, your item will be shipped on the same day. Please make sure someone will be at the delivery address the working day following despatch to sign for your order! We have a team of dedicated staff in our warehouse who will make sure your item leaves us as quickly as possible. If in 4 working days your item has not arrived, please call us with your order details to hand. If we know of any problem we will usually email you.

Guaranteed next day delivery  We offer a premium guaranteed next day delivery service for all items ordered before 12 noon (not available on weekends and bank holidays). Please select this additional delivery option at the checkout. Please note that if our delivery partner fails to deliver within this timeframe (next day), we will only refund the next day delivery charge of £10. 


We accept returns for up to 7 days should you decide you do not want your item and it is received unfitted, unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when we sent it. We must be informed of damaged items immediately. If there is damage to any returned parts in transit or if the value of item has been reduced as a result of over handling (for example more than you would in a shop), you may be liable for a deduction in the refund to cover our costs. Please ensure you package it well and send it back recorded delivery. Please keep any proof of postage. Before attempting to send anything back, please call us to confirm suitability.
